This vision represents a technology enabled government and can be attained by continuing to support our mission as the County moves to reengineer business lines and processes from a business-centric model to a customer-centric model.
IT personnel fully support the fundamental principles established by the Ada County Commission and the shared values of the Ada County IT Community. We have additionally identified and firmly embraced the five core values represented in the center of the figure below.
IT has established four strategies that are consistent with and directly support the Commission's challenge goals and objectives as well as our stated missions and values to move aggressively towards the Information Technology Director's vision.
