The Land Records division of the Ada County Assessor’s Office serves two main functions. Our deeds processing staff maintains property ownership records and our GIS/mapping staff maintains county basemap data, including a current parcel map.
We welcome visitors and are located just east of the county courthouse, on Front Street. We have public terminals and office staff available to help you in your research. The public terminals provide access to property ownership and characteristics, maps, subdivision plats, and records of survey.
Looking for parcel ownership?
We do not include parcel owner name or mailing address on our website. You may call, visit, or email our office for this information. We are happy to assist you but ask that you please keep phone inquiries limited to three parcels or less and email inquiries limited to ten parcels or less. Please note that we will work on email requests between customers, as time allows. If you need information on more than ten parcels or if your request is urgent, please visit our office where you can find the data on our public terminals.
