To promote the philosophy, vision and values of the Department of Administration by providing high quality customer service and professional clerical support. 


About the Administrative Support Division 

In addition to providing administrative support for the Department of Administration, the ACDA Administrative Support team manages the day-to-day business functions of the Board of Ada County Commissioners Office.  A variety of services are provided, such as: front desk management, Courthouse lobby management, budget preparation and support, invoice processing, clerking meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and transcripts, and overseeing how documents are presented to the Board.  Customer service plays a key role in the team's duties as they serve as the first point of contact for citizens, departments, and offices needing to conduct business with the Board of Ada Commissioners and the Department of Administration.
